It is souther part of Halton Hills and due to proximity to toronto, this small town is considered part of Greather Toronto Area. It offers combination of Matured and New built neighbourhoods. The oldest section of homes for sale is near Main St. and Church St.
With increase of real estate demand in Greater toronto Area and arrival of the GO Transit in Georgetown, Souther Georgetown subdivision started getting developed and the town has grown considerably since that point with many newer families to this small town.
